Welcome to Wild Gothra 900 Kandi Resort. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

• Guests must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in and check-out timings will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• A valid government-issued ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests.

3. Payment Policy

• Advance 50% payment is required to confirm the booking.

• The balance payment must be cleared at check-in time.

• Any additional services, activities, or meals requested during the stay will be charged separately.

• Prices may vary during weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation policies will be shared at the time of booking.

• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and resort policy.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the natural surroundings.

• Any damage to resort property will be charged to the guest.

• Loud music, parties, or disturbances that affect other guests are not permitted.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the resort staff.

6. Safety & Environment

• The resort is located in a forest area; guests are advised to stay within designated zones.

• Do not litter. Help maintain the natural beauty of the surroundings.

• Wildlife sightings are possible; maintain a safe distance and do not feed animals.

7. Liability

• The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Guests participate in activities (trekking, outdoor exploration, etc.) at their own risk.

8. Things to Carry

Guests are advised to bring the following items for a comfortable stay:

• Valid government ID

• Comfortable clothing suitable for forest weather

• Warm layers for evenings and nights

• Comfortable walking or trekking shoes

• Personal toiletries & towel

• Sanitizer

• Personal medications (if any)

• Reusable water bottle

• Insect repellent

• The resort shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
